International Smoke Miami : Let's Get Saucy

When my sister and I heard they opened two weeks ago, we had to make sure to visit. International Smoke located in Aventura is a restaurant collaboration with Chef Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry.

We have tried Michael Mina's burger before from his restaurant in Fontainbleau, so we were expecting the best!

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you feel at ease as if you're hanging out at a friend's backyard barbecue party. The concept of the International Smoke restaurant is based off the different interpretations of using fire and smoke in regards to barbecuing, cooking and culture.

You can see the Asian, Spanish and African influence of flavors on the menu. #Fuego

 It was around lunch time and I decided to try the Cherry-Bomb Burger! This burger is juicy, flavorful and spicy! The fontina cheese gave it a nice crunch and texture. Make sure to have water and extra napkins alongside (It gets a little messy)

 This is Ayesha Curry's Fresh Baked Cornbread. It's a nice take on the traditional cornbread with the red thai curry flavor.

My sister kept it light with a fish sandwish called "Grilled Fishswishes".
